Website Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely in love with your new online purchase, we will gladly exchange or return within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
To make an exchange or return, simply email us at email@example.com with subject line: “Return Request” and include the following information in the body:
Date Order Received
Name of Item
Reason For Return
Type of Return Requested (Exchange, Refund or Store Credit)
Once we receive your email and approve request, we will give instructions on returning your merchandise. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please be advised that all sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Any return merchandise shipped to Tokalene Jewelry that is not in its original packaging, is broken or damaged, will be refused.
Tokalene Jewelry reserves the right to deny any return, refund or exchange that does not comply with these policies.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
We do not process a return unless a tracking NO is Provided.
Please note that we have different storage locations, and for this reason your returns should be sent back to the Address of the shipper on your package.
Upon receipt of the returned item you would receive your refund within seven (7)days.
