 Where will my items be shipped from?

We reserve the right at Tokalene Jewelry to ship from multiple locations. We cater to clients both domestically and internationally as such our logistics has to be flexible to ensure continuity of operations. Depending on the product logistic and supply chain, we may ship from our multiple supplier warehouses locally or internationally. Find out more about our shipping policy here.

 How can I check my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Tokalene Jewelry account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

2. Policies Questions~

 Do you accept returns?

If you are not completely in love with your new online purchase, we will gladly exchange or return within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

What Happens If There's been a delivery mishap to my order? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

In the event of a damaged Jewelry received, we will require photo proof of the affected Jewelry and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the Jewelry to you at no cost, subject to availability.
